Percussion Live
When I sat down to paint this, I was thinking a lot about noise and rhythm. In the modern world, I feel like most people find rhythm distracting, and try all kinds of ways to cancel it out and ignore it so they can “focus” better. They want to reduce “noise.” One of the things I love so much about fluid acrylic painting is that it helps me channel all my “noise” right onto the canvas. Noise is an important part of my creative process, as long as I can channel it correctly.
